Life happens….

Work, family, other priorities…these things take precedence in our lives,  and unfortunately it’s usually at the expense of our health.

It doesn’t take much for us to end up WAY off track.  The things we take for granted and do on a daily/weekly basis because we consider them “normal” are typically our own worst enemies.

For the average guy who is carrying around 10 or more extra pounds that eats out regularly, drinks on the weekends (or more often), and doesn’t work out- by the time he gets to his late twenties early thirties, he’s probably failed under the sheets for the first time and/or noticed a significant drop in libido.  If he hasn’t yet, it’s just a matter of time before his poor lifestyle choices catch up to him. Despite what people think, this is NOT a normal part of aging.

Aside from being devastating to his psyche and extremely embarrassing, it has one positive…..

It gets his attention!

In some cases, it could just be psychological, but if you’re the average Joe and you have bad lifestyle choices stacked up against you, it’s probably much more.  Typically this is a sign that all is not well with your manhood….you need to listen to what your body is telling you!

Thankfully, there is a fix….but it’s going to take some work and a lot of changes on your part.  Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day….you won’t be either, but as long as you’re making the correct decisions and choices REGULARLY throughout the day, IT ADDS UP!

Most guys don’t understand that the more body fat you hold around your mid section, the worse your testosterone- to- estrogen ratio is going to be.  Basically more fat equals more estrogen.  Body fat is loaded with an enzyme called aromatase.  The job of aromatase is to turn your precious testosterone into estrogen, which it does very, very well.  As men we still need small amounts of estrogen to function and feel our best, we just DO NOT need a lot of it……at all.
