We all know it’s good for us.  We all know it’s something we should be doing religiously.  And yet for most guys it’s something they just can’t get themselves to do on a regular enough basis.

Exercise is a corner stone of this program.  It’s one of the major components that the whole regimen is build around.  Exercise is a NECESSITY  for vital health.  It’s NOT an option.

Our bodies were meant to move.  To run, jump, pull, push and lift, among other things.

You may dread exercise in the beginning, but as you become healthier and your testosterone levels start to rise, you’re going to start to crave it.  You’re going to WANT to move yourself.  You’re going to start to actually look forward to, and enjoy your exercise sessions.

Believe me….this makes all the difference in the world in being able to stay on a consistent exercise program.  The key here is starting off slowly.  If you go into the gym and try and crush it after having not worked out for a long period of time, or for some guys…ever, you’re going to hurt yourself.  That’s not going to do you or your ego any good.  You want to start out slow, you want to start with
