Guys call it plenty of things, but the bottom line is, if you’re treating yourself like a dirty playground, you’re not doing your hormone levels any favors.  Especially if you’re sitting in front of an electric screen while doing it.

You’ll be surprised at how productive you become.  Procrastination will become a thing of the past. You’ll become a “now” guy.  You’ll start getting shit done that had before taken you forever to accomplish.
